During busy periods such as promotions, Ramadan, Eid, or public holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UAE public holidays.

UAE Shipping

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates using trusted courier partners.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available during select promotions or for qualifying orders.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from the UAE to selected destinations worldwide.

  • Standard International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 10–28 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier operations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

AUVÉ does not control or collect these fees and is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times provided are estimates only. AUVÉ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
