RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At AUVÉ, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odor will not be accepted

For hygiene reasons, hijabs, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable, unless found to be defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Hijabs and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items returned without prior approval


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@auve.ae within the eligible return period. Kindly include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as AUVÉ is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Any applicable shipping or handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount


International Orders

For international returns:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable

  • AUVÉ is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs clearance


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.


Right to Refuse Returns

AUVÉ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of misuse.
